Smoked Salmon with Salad and New Potatoes

A perfect summer treat!

Take our beautiful Alfred Enderby smoked salmon, cut into portions and put on a roasting tin, foil optional. Don’t cover and don’t add anything!

Place on the barbecue or pop in the oven and cook for 20/25 minutes. Serve with new potatoes and salad.

The skin goes crisp and can be eaten! Delicious, a full side will feed 10 or so people, cheaper than fillet beef and better for you.
