Smoked Haddock with Peas and Poached Egg

I promise you’ll just love this incredibly easy dish.

Fry only the best Alfred Enderby smoked haddock, probably only 8 mins and mostly skin down

At the end add some peas and cream with English mustard mixed in, poach an egg, done.

If you buy the best smoked haddock the results are wonderful! One fillet feeds two.
