Smoked Haddock and Salmon with Rice and Vegetables

Fish is the dish! Easy to make in just 15 minutes.

Simply bake left over Alfred Enderby smoked haddock chunks and unsliced smoked salmon for 15 minutes. One inch cubes is fine.

Serve with rice & cooked veg with a white sauce.

The whole thing takes just 15 minutes and tastes wonderful!
