Description
Our double smoked salmon is twice smoked in our 100 year old brick smokehouses in Grimsby. Our smoking process has been refined by tradition and experience over the last 100 years to produce smoked fish that has a distinctive deep flavour. Ideal in pasta dishes or for breakfast with scrambled eggs our salmon has a very delightful taste. We source our salmon from RSPCA assured farms in Scotland.
