Smoked Salmon with Cauliflower Cous Cous and a Maple Dressing

Take some unsliced Alfred Enderby traditional smoked salmon and cut into portions. Bake for 20 minutes, easy cooking. One side will feed 10 or 12 people.

Serve with cauliflower cous cous with a maple syrup dressing.

Add courgette ribbons with some cream cheese. Finish with the juice of half a lemon, crushed garlic and chopped mint.
