Skinned Smoked Haddock with Double Cream and Spinach

This is really the simplest most delicious must have once a week smoked haddock dish, it’s simple and takes you to heaven!

Buy some of our Great Taste 2-star smoked haddock, there simply is no point in buying anything other than the best! Place the skinned smoked haddock (skinning is easy peasy) on top of a bag of spinach.

Add to double cream a heaped spoon of English mustard, don’t worry about how much, more the merrier. Pour the cream over the haddock and bake for 25 minutes or so!

Add rice and crusty bread.
