Roast Vegetables with Alfred Enderby Smoked Haddock

Easy cooking!

Simply roast some vegetables with a few bacon lardons. Add chunks of Alfred Enderby smoked haddock 10 minutes from the end of cooking time.

When cooked mix a spoon of Colman’s English mustard with a little double cream and pour over.

Serve over boiled rice.
