Smoked Haddock and Salmon with Rice and Vegetables

Fish is the dish! Easy to make in just 15 minutes. Simply bake left over Alfred Enderby smoked haddock chunks and unsliced smoked salmon for 15 minutes. One inch cubes is fine. Serve with rice & cooked veg with a white sauce. The whole thing takes just 15 minutes and tastes wonderful!

Roast Vegetables with Alfred Enderby Smoked Haddock

Easy cooking! Simply roast some vegetables with a few bacon lardons. Add chunks of Alfred Enderby smoked haddock 10 minutes from the end of cooking time. When cooked mix a spoon of Colman’s English mustard with a little double cream and pour over. Serve over boiled rice.
