Baked Unsliced Smoked Salmon with Roast Veg and Salad

Baked unsliced smoked Salmon with roast veg and salad, all sounds wonderful and when added together it’s fabulous!

Bake a portion of the best traditional unsliced cold smoked salmon for 20 minutes, you don’t need much, a little goes along way in this dish. Once cooked this is now “hot smoked salmon

Rake the baked Salmon into a large bowl of cooled roast veg and salad, it’s the same idea as using bacon bits in a salad, but better for you.

You can also substitute the salmon for flakes of Alfred Enderby Grimsby traditional smoked haddock.
